Miguel Sucasas is a talented young saxophone player, composer and music educator, born in Galicia, Spain. He has been performing his musical projects all around Europe in prestigious music festivals. In 2014 Miguel released his own album entitled “Four Corners Quartet” with his original compositions.

He started to play music at the age of six. In 2010, following his passion for Jazz music he moved to study in Portugal. In 2014 he received a degree in Jazz Saxophone from the Lisbon school of music (ESML). He moved to the Netherlands in the same year to follow lessons with the American saxophone player John Rocco and the Dutch/Finnish trumpet player Jarmo Hoogendijk. In 2016 he was awarded his Master’s degree from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague.

Currently he resides in The Hague, Holland, where he performs with piano player Ryan Hanseler, bass player Pierre Dunker and drummer Owen Hart Jr.
